I love this bikini top. My regular size, 34DD, was not available so I purchased the “sister” size, 36D. The 36D fits good but not like my size of 34DD.
I am able to take in the 36D just a smidge
Fits like a glove and holds up beautifully over time.
I ordered the band size I’ve been using for all bras and sized swimsuits for the past 10+ years and the band on this suit is extremely loose. Even with the straps tightened all the way and the band hiked up in back the band is still loose and does not provide support. Because of this the underwire doesn’t sit properly and not only doesn’t help with support but is uncomfortable.
The sad thing is that I think I would really like this suit if it did fit properly but I’m not interested in spending my time, money and energy trying to figure out what size would actually fit.

Did not fit & poor support
I ordered a 36H, (my usual size). This top is super cute and comfortable. The fabric doesn’t look or feel cheap and the print looks really well done.
However, I don’t think it’s particularly flattering on me. It has built in wires, so it supports nicely, but it doesn’t hold me up as well as I hoped. The girls sag unflatteringly for me, and I know it’s not the size because I got some other styles in the same size that do exactly what I need. It’s cute, it just doesnt make me look good.

Based on your experience with the fit and lift, it may simply be that this particular style is not the best match for your shape and support needs, even though you ordered your usual size. Different swim styles can provide very different levels of lift and projection.
