    We’re sorry to hear the fit wasn’t what you expected. It’s important to keep in mind that bras may not fit exactly as pictured because every person’s breast shape, volume, and fullness can differ. A style that looks smooth and full on one breast shape may fit quite differently on another.

    In your case, having less fullness at the top of the breasts may be why you experienced excess material in that area. A demi or balconette style, with a lower and more open cup, may provide a better fit for your shape.
