I bought this in a 30G after trying the 32F. Because of the extra stretch of the back smoothing band, the 32 didn't give me enough support. For reference I weigh 135 pounds and am 5' 4". This very comfy bra has good support and very good side support. One of my breasts is slightly bigger than the other and the bra accommodated that well with it's slightly stretchy cup. The bra has sewn construction between fabric slayers with no padding. The seams are more visible than I'd like. The seam shows under thinner/more form fitting knits, but is fine under more substantial knit fabric. It works as a T-shirt bra for about half of my t-shirts.
