So just posted a review on the matching bikini top. Thought I'd better review the bottoms, too. If you're like me, you might be confused about which size to order. I was a bit leery about using the Bare Necessities bottoms size chart because it seems to be a general size chart, not specifically for Fantasie swim. However, it was indeed accurate. If you're in between sizes (like me) you can probably size down. I'm NOT saying size down. I'm saying size down IF you're in between sizes. So, for example, I am 36" waist and 42" hips. Waist would be a 2XL and hips put me in XL according to BN chart. Ordered XL and very happy with the overall fit. Not tight and pinchy. Not loose. Perfect. Also, Fantasie and Elomi swimwear are excellent quality. You do not have to worry about them stretching out over time. They keep their shape and elasticity. If you care for the fabric, the colors do not fade. You get what you pay for.

Now, I LOVE this design with the emerald color and animal stripes! Also love the decorative accent skinny straps across the front. My one complaint: I wish I'd been able to order a high-waisted bottom instead of this mid-rise one. There is a high-waisted design out there, but does not seem available in the US. In the end I went with this mid-rise and I'm happy enough with the coverage. I have a bit of a belly after two kids and prefer something that comes at least up to my belly button. On me, the XL has enough room to almost reach my belly button, but it will slide…
