Mostly comfortable but straps put pressure on my shoulders. Since I don't wear it every day it works out.

Sometimes shoulder pressure can actually be an indication that the band isn’t providing enough of the support, causing the straps to take on more of the weight. If you’re able, please let us know which hook setting you’re wearing the bra on. We’d also encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can learn a little more about how the bra is fitting and help pinpoint the issue. Very comfortable minimizer with a spacer. I like the placement of the straps and the wider back and side panels. This bra features flaps that cover the underwire, but on me the left flap doesn't lie flat; it bunches up. It may be my breast shape. Overall a good bra that I'll wear, but wanted to call out the one feature than may not work for some.
It's a very comfortable bra.
The bra didn't fit, which was fine. I returned three bras and they had to be sent to two different locations. I put two that were headed to the same location in the same package and I am still awaiting credit for one of them, which makes no sense since they were both erturned with their packing slips. I found it ridiculous that I had to mail each bra on it's own so I combined the twqo destined for the same place. For a $7 treturn shipping fee, you all should be able to figure this out.
