Finally got some support! Being large chested anyway plus now nursing made for some very heavy boobies. This was the only bra I found that really gave me some support. It also helps to lift the breast a little bit while I’m actually nursing, which is helpful. It also keeps the breast separate and keeps them from rubbing on each other, which was getting really uncomfortable for me. I did bring it down one star because it is so rigid that it’s a little uncomfortable as well. The fabric could be a little bit softer, the underwater could be a little better padded, and the straps could be a bit wider. That would make it more comfortable.

This is the best T-shirt style nursing bra I’ve found in my size so far. If there were other options I wouldn’t recommend it. The part with the lace is like a very delicate spandex. When you have little hands grabbing at you or if you like putting your bra in the washing machine… it’s not the most practical. It also doesn’t stay put properly. I have to really adjust myself so I don’t get a double boob between the cup and the lacy part. Also if you have a small frame, the girls will be bumping into your arms. The cups shape is too wide.

On the plus side it does have a lot of hooks. So it does work as a maternity bra. So if you need a larger band while pregnant you can get the larger band and it you will be able to clip it in my smaller when you go back down to a smaller size.

I only recommend this because it’s the best thing I’ve found in my current size. I also have an Elomi nursing bra and would 100% recommend it over this bra. It’s more comfortable and more supportive. Elomi has much larger cup sizes than Panache was offering but their bands don’t go very small. So unfortunately it only fit me while my rib age was still extra wide from pregnancy.
